Return Policy:

  1. We offer a 30-day no-reason return policy from the date you receive the product, as long as the product is not damaged by human error. However, you will be responsible for the shipping fee. If more than 30 days have passed since you received the product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  2. We currently accept returns and exchanges only for items purchased through our website. Please contact us via email to obtain the return address before initiating a return.
  3. To ensure the approval of your return/exchange request, please ensure that the product is in a new or good condition and has not been damaged. We will require you to return the product, along with all accompanying accessories, in its original packaging.

We cannot refund if it occurs one of the following two situations.

  1. Send products to the wrong address (including returning directly to the place of shipment without contacting us).

Refund Policy:

  1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you of the receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
  2. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement product after receiving your return. The time it takes to receive the exchanged item may vary depending on your location. For items with a value over $75, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot refund items if we do not receive them.
  3. Sale Items (if applicable): Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
